Shipping
Where are balls? Where is my order?
Once a label has been created for your package you will receive a shipping notification email with instructions for tracking your package. Please check your junk email folder if you have not received it.You are responsible to make sure you receive your order. If it has been three weeks since you placed your order and you still have not received it please contact us immediately by sending an email to: info@OAPEZE.com. Please provide your Order ID Number and the name as it appears on the order to expedite our reply to you. We are not responsible for your order after the claim deadline which is 45 days from the date of shipment.If your package was returned to us we will make 1 attempt to contact you via email. We can hold returned packages no longer than 10 days.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days of your completed transaction. You will receive shipping and tracking information via email.
How do I calculate my shipping charges?
UPS standard rates generally apply for international shipping, for confirmation message us directly on info@oapeze.com and we will confirm the rate.

What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Digital & Physical. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in mint condition for a store credit in the form of a Gift Card. Returns are only available within 10 days from the date your order was delivered.
Football Facial Portrait policy
If you received an item that is advertised with a specific portrait but turns out to be another but is not, please contact info@OAPEZE.COM within 30 days from the date of your order and we will issue a return.
Once you return your item we will, we will send you back the correct FB portraiture at no additional charge. We encourage customers to examine all items immediately upon delivery to avoid any questions later.
Are my balls guaranteed to arrive in mint condition?
Yes, regardless of whether you purchase Order Protection, all prints are guaranteed to arrive in mint condition. If your print is defective, contact us within 14 days, and we will correct the issue.
What happens if I don’t receive my soccer ball?
If you purchased Order Protection and there is an issue with your order, simply file a claim, and it will usually be processed within 24 hours.
Do I receive a replacement or a refund?
A replacement should be available unless the item is sold out.
Is a replacement automatically protected?
Yes, any replacement sent to you is automatically protected by Order Protection.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your claim is approved, the refund is processed immediately. However, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing time.
What is required for a claim?
You'll need to provide an explanation of the issue, along with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Do I need to return the damaged print?
In most cases, returns are not required. If a return is needed, we will cover the shipping costs if the issue is due to us.
Are there any additional costs to receive a refund or replacement?
No further costs are required. However, please note that the Order Protection fee is non-refundable unless the order is canceled before shipment.
My Balls are Damaged, what happens now?
We recommend you purchase 'Order Protection' during check out. Simply click the link in your order confirmation email to submit a claim within 14 days from the date of delivery. If your item is not covered please email us at info@OAPEZE.com for instructions. OAPEZE is not responsible for damaged items after 14 days from the date of delivery. If your package is lost please contact us immediately.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries that accept mail.
What are your International Shipping rates?
We usually ship via UPS. The cost for this service ranges from $20 to $40+ depending on your location as well as the weight and value of your order. Purchase 'Order Protection' during checkout to ensure your order is covered for loss or damage. Import fees, duties and taxes (due upon delivery) are the customer's responsibility.
Why is UPS charging me for shipping when I already paid?
IMPORTANT TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – ADDITIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES (except UK orders): The shipping charges that are incorporated into your bill automatically from our shopping cart, and reflected in your invoice from us, are for the actual shipping of the item into your country only. Please be aware that each country has its own “Import Duty”, “VAT” for all commercial imports. You may want to check with your local UPS or Customs office to find out just what these charges may be. We cannot assume any responsibility for import fees and therefore these fees are your own responsibility.
Please note: UPS only makes 2 delivery attempts and in most cases will not deliver your package until import fees are paid. UPS will contact you for payment prior to delivery or at the time of delivery. UPS charges a small Broker fee to perform the service of collecting duty and tax.Time in transit for international shipments is normally 5 to 6 business days.
WARNING!
Duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery. We will not refund your order if you refuse to pay the fees to accept your package from ups. If you do not accept your package from UPS it will not be returned to OAPEZE and may be abandoned or destroyed. Thank you for your understanding.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept payment from all major credit cards, Shop Pay & Paypal.
I accidentally submitted my order twice. Can you refund my second order?
The purchase limit for sales of our limited edition Screen Print Posters, patches or Soccer Balls is 1 x batch per customer/household. We issue refunds for orders in excess of the purchase limit. We usually limit our creations to the supply of 1exclusive print, nothing more. To avoid double orders, do not hit the submit button more than once even though it looks like the first submit didn’t take. Please allow from 24 to 48 business hours for refunds to be processed on our end and then it can take from 5 to 8 business days for the funds to return to your bank. International refunds can take up to 14 days (or sometimes longer) for your funds to be returned to your bank. Please note: THe OAPEZE Orders Dept is not open on weekends.
I am having trouble processing my order? Did my order go through?
If you experience order troubles during a print release there are a few things that can help:1. Please refrain from submitting your order multiple times.2. Adding the product to your cart DOES NOT guarantee your purchase. After logging in to PayPal, you will return to the Store to verify your order, it is here where our inventory is checked. If you are given an “UNAVAILABLE” response, the product has been or is in the process of being sold out and is no longer available.3. If your order was processed you will receive an email from PAYPAL confirming payment. You can verify your payment through your PAYPAL Account. Shipping of your order will be indicated through a Shipping Notification email with your shipments tracking information. ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO REFUNDS BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Why was I refunded?
We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may need to verify any information you provide before we accept an order. Item availability and prices of all products sold at the OAPEZE.com site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items. FINAL CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE is processed through our Shopping Cart after you have submitted your information to PAYPAL. At that time your item(s) will be checked against our inventory and confirmation of your order will be verified.
Why can’t I buy more than one print, patch or ball?
All items are subject to our 1 per Customer / Household policy unless stated otherwise. It is our goal to make prints available to collectors who intend to enjoy the art for years to come. Multiple orders of limited edition items will be refunded. If you order using multiple addresses your orders will be refunded. Each order is managed independently and success of your purchase may depend on external factors at the time of purchase.
How Do I Place An Order?
Select an item you like then select size and click on add to bag then continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click Checkout to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click “Check Out to complete your order.

How will I Know That My Order Was Accepted?

Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?

Oapeze.com wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but in case there is a problem, we gladly offer easy returns.
What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?
If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund will automatically be issued to the original purchasing credit card.
How Do I Check My Order Status?
You can check your order status by contacting us directly. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.
PREPAID RETURN/ EXCHANGES PROCESS
Returns are accepted within 30 Days from the day the order was placed. Indicate items you would like to return. Check your return form for accuracy securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from package
Ship your package with your choice of shipper. To insure we receive your return/ exchange, please request a tracking number and insurance from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges with outside shippers. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
EXCHANGE
Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. Please place a new order for new item, and return the original item for a refund.
